Terms of Service
Last updated: 15 October 2026
These terms apply when you use the MedBandhu website or software. By using them, or by subscribing on behalf of a hospital, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
The service
MedBandhu is cloud hospital management software. The modules you can use depend on your plan. We keep improving the software and may change or add features. We work to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free.
Accounts and access
The hospital's administrator creates staff logins and decides each person's role. The hospital is responsible for keeping passwords private, for activity under its accounts, and for removing access when staff leave. Tell us quickly if you suspect unauthorised use.
Plans, fees and payment
- Prices are shown on our pricing page. They exclude GST, which is charged at 18% and shown on your invoice.
- You pay monthly, half-yearly or yearly, as you choose, by UPI or bank transfer against our invoice.
- We may change prices for future billing periods. We will tell you before a change applies, and a price we agree with you in writing, such as the founder offer, applies for the period we state.
- A one-time perpetual licence is a one-time fee plus an annual maintenance charge that covers updates and support. Its terms are set out in the order we agree with you.
Setup and data migration
Standard setup and migration of your existing data are included. We rely on the data you give us, so please check it after we load it.
Your data
You own the data you put into MedBandhu. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service. If you leave, we give you a copy of your data on request. See our privacy policy for how we handle data.
Medical and legal responsibility
MedBandhu is an administrative tool. It does not give medical advice and does not replace the judgement of qualified medical staff. The hospital is responsible for the accuracy of its records, prescriptions and bills, and for its own tax, licensing and regulatory compliance, including GST. We are not your tax or legal adviser.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for anything unlawful
- Do not try to see another hospital's data or to break or overload the service
- Do not share logins with people outside your hospital's staff
- Do not resell or sublicense the service without our written agreement
Suspension and ending the service
You can cancel a standard plan at any time; it ends at the close of the period you have already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded unless we agree otherwise in writing. We may suspend a hospital's access, after notice where possible, for unpaid invoices or a serious breach of these terms.
Our rights in the software
We own the MedBandhu software, name and logo. These terms give you a right to use the service, not ownership of it. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve the service.
Disclaimer and limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is and as available, without promises beyond those in these terms. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have jurisdiction, unless the law says otherwise.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Write to hello@medbandhu.com.
