Why no per-user fees matters

No. Every plan includes unlimited users, so your whole team can have a login for one price. There are also no per-appointment or per-booking charges.

No. Prices are plus 18% GST, and you receive a proper GST invoice.

Yes. The one-time perpetual licence is ₹49,999 plus ₹11,999 a year for the annual maintenance contract, which covers updates and support (all plus 18% GST).
