Patient registration with a permanent UHID

Register a patient once. Every visit, bill and admission after that attaches to the same record, so you can find the full history in seconds.

Appointments and doctor schedules

Set each doctor's weekly schedule with slot length and daily limit. Your reception books walk-in and phone patients into the right slot and the token number is issued automatically.

Token queue for the waiting room

The OPD queue shows who is waiting, who is with the doctor and who is done, so the front desk always knows what is happening.

Vitals before the consultation

Nurses record height, weight, temperature, pulse, blood pressure, SpO2, respiratory rate and blood sugar. The doctor sees them when the patient walks in.

Consultation notes

  • Chief complaint, history and examination findings
  • Diagnosis, investigations advised and advice
  • A follow-up date, with the doctor's follow-up fee applied at billing

Doctors see their own patients

By default a doctor's queue and appointment list show only their own patients. Reception and nursing staff see the whole hospital.
