Why we built it

Most small hospitals and nursing homes still run on registers, Excel sheets or old desktop software with no backups and no support. The software built for large hospitals costs far more than they can justify and takes months to set up. We built MedBandhu for the hospitals in between.

How we work

• We set up your hospital ourselves: branches, departments, doctors, beds and stock.
• We move your old data in for free, from Excel, registers or your old software.
• We train your reception, nurses, pharmacy and billing staff.
• You get a person on WhatsApp and phone in Bengali, Hindi or English, not a ticket number.
• Flat pricing with no per-user fees, so your whole team can log in.

What it covers

Patient registration and OPD, appointments and token queue, IPD admissions and a live bed board, pharmacy stock with batch and expiry tracking, GST-ready billing, doctor schedules and duty rosters, and reports for every branch, in Hindi or English.
